Month-of Coordination

Our month of coordination begins 4 weeks prior to your event when we collect all of your event plans, personal items for setup, and vendor information. We review all of your vendor contracts, combing through all of the details and creating the event timeline. We communicate and distribute information and timelines to pertinent parties. Included in the coordination package is a signage piece of your choice from our collection and custom designed ceremony programs. We tie up loose ends such as forgotten details and final payments. On the day of your event we provide assistance from setup through breakdown.
